Quick tips on how to slay effortlessly with little time

Get Ready with Dayna Dane!

Simple yet significant is how I like my style for pretty much everything, but more specifically for my hair and makeup!! Today, I am going to show you how a BOSS MOM like me keeps it simple and significant with my make-up and hair routine! As a mom on the go, I have mastered the concept of the “quick beat!” The quick beat will have you slaying your day with your mini muse, while you take on your day looking effortlessly chic! So let me show you how I do my quick beat, and how I styled my short taper cut!!

The Color Correct
I try to take really good care of my skin so that I have to use little make up. With that said, when doing a quick beat, I don’t use foundation. I just use my absolute FAVORITE color corrector by LA Girl. This is a must have!! The orange color will instantly blend into your skin, and give a flawless under eye look!

The Concea

After the color correcting, I go in with my LA Girl concealer and apply under the eye, middle of my forehead and  chin! I blend it all in with my beauty blender. This simple blending will give you a nice subtle natural look!

Once the concealing is done, I apply mascara and a small hint of golden eye shadow to make the eyes pop!

After those quick steps I am done with the quick beat! This process takes me about 7-10 minutes.

Now it is time for my hair. For this particular style, I did a twist and curl! This is definitely my go to style and it lasts me a few days without having to style again. While doing my hair, my daughter Aria told me she too wanted her hair done with the yellow ones, so of course I had to do it! I added a few rods to her natural hair and I absolutely loved her results too!

Now it is time to take on my day with my little Ari!

Hope this quick get ready with me make up tutorial gives you some quick tips on how to slay effortlessly with little time!!
